Using a water-cooled copper mold for melting in an inert gas (Ar.He) atmosphere allows for extremely good melting without oxidation or nitriding of the sample, and there is no contamination from the crucible. 【Features】 ○ It is one of the melting methods that is absolutely essential for metals that react with refractory crucibles. ○ The entire process from evacuation to melting is completed in just a few minutes, making it easy to operate even for those without experience. ○ Melting under reduced pressure above the stable arc region of 7×10^-3 Pa has a degassing effect. ○ The electrodes can be moved up, down, front, back, and sideways through a universal seal.
